I′m back!  | Journal  | Diary

Hi guys!
I'm back!

It was another short term of working to me.

To be honest it was a terrific month to me at the newspaper!
I'd never been with such weird, unthoughtful, and egoist people before. Some of them were filled with meaningless, and harmful ambitions that I couldn't stand staying at the same place with them. Although I was achieving a good, and fast progress I prefered giving it up. Because this progress of mine was also another reason of their aggressive manner towards me.

In the end I talked to the chefs who were really satisfied with my work, and said "Good-bye!" to all. From now on I'm a free-lancer journalist happily! I will be preparing my own projects to be published at newspapers. I'm glad that it didn't take too long for me to decide not to stand those people there.

And anyway...

Now I'm back, here, alive and very very well!

I'm also happy that I will have enough time to spend on my foodie researches. And also I will be really in need of time as we are about to start to redecorate my b/f's flat. And yes... we gonna marry :)) All we need is time, and energy for the coming couple of months.

Last week we chose the basic furnitures, and the colour of painting. We prefered light colours as the house is quite small ( about 50 m2 - a kind of studio flat with open kitchen, and one bedroom). In fact I'm happy with the measurement because it will be easy to me to cope with the cleaning stuff which I'm exactly a stranger on now! And also I like the open-kitchen idea. It seems cozy, and more sincere to me. To sum up I'm happy with my lovely, small future-home!

I also bought my first seasonal cook books for my future-kitchen. Autumn Cooking & Winter Cooking by Bridget Jones. There wasn't a special reason to buy these two books. They were just on discount at D&R bookstore, and were quite cheap. Hmm... Maybe this is a good reason to buy a hardcover book, huh? Now I'm waiting for "Spring & Summer Cooking" books to be on discount lol

I'm impatient to try the "Baked red mullet with oranges" of Winter Cooking, and "Hot blackberry soufflés" of Autumn Cooking. But we all have to wait till I move, and start a new life with the man I love :)
